Draft for internal review. Section 1 describes an enforcement rule already true in the code (a review can only be left against a real paid, completed booking). Have counsel confirm Section 4's framing of when a review can be removed for legal reasons (defamation, etc.) versus policy reasons.

Review & Ratings Policy

1. Reviews Are Tied to Real Bookings

You can only leave a review for an Artist you actually paid and completed an appointment with, and only once per booking. Charon enforces this automatically — there's no path to review an Artist you haven't booked with.

2. What's Not Allowed

Leaving or soliciting a review in exchange for compensation or favorable treatment; creating or using more than one account to review the same Artist; posting a review that isn't based on your own actual experience; or an Artist retaliating against a Client for an honest review.

3. Reporting a Review

Any Client or Artist can report a review directly from where it's shown. Charon reviews the report and the underlying booking record before deciding whether to remove it — a report alone does not automatically remove a review.

4. Legal Removal Requests

A review that's genuinely false and defamatory, rather than just an unfavorable opinion, may be removed on request — Charon isn't positioned to independently investigate factual disputes between a Client and Artist, so removal on this basis is limited to clear, verifiable cases. [Counsel should define the actual standard/process Charon applies here.]
